Each individual is permitted to maintain one Account only. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases or via third-party nominees — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and any balances being subject to review and potential forfeiture.
The Platform is for personal entertainment use only. You may not use your Account for any commercial purpose, on behalf of any third party, or as part of any money transmission arrangement.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information as requested in the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information required for KYC purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify pk9992 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. pk9992 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
pk9992 may require you to complete identity verification at any stage of the relationship. Verification may require submission of a valid national identity document (such as CNIC or passport), proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and the withholding of withdrawal requests pending compliance review.
You agree not to share your Account credentials with any other person. Any action taken using your Account credentials shall be deemed to have been authorised by you. pk9992 recommends enabling all available security features, including two-factor authentication where offered.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, pk9992 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.
pk9992 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, regulatory requirements or Force Majeure events. pk9992 shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any hardware, software and internet connectivity required to access the Platform. pk9992 is not responsible for any charges, data costs or technical issues arising from your use of the Platform on your device or network.
It remains your responsibility at all times to ensure that your use of this Platform complies with the laws, regulations and legal requirements applicable in your jurisdiction. pk9992 makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal or permissible in any particular location.
You may fund your Account using the payment methods currently available in the cashier section of the Platform. Available methods, minimum deposit amounts and processing times are subject to change without notice. All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
References to familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual familiarity only. These references do not constitute a claim that the respective providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions on pk9992. Payment method availability depends on operator configuration and is subject to each provider's own policies.
Transactions may be processed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) or such other currencies as are available in the cashier at the time. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by the Platform and may include a margin. You are responsible for any currency conversion costs charged by your financial institution.
pk9992 accepts no liability for transactions declined by payment providers. If a deposit is declined, you should contact your bank or payment provider directly. Do not attempt to circumvent deposit limits by splitting transactions across multiple payment methods.
Any deposit found to have been made using fraudulent means, stolen payment instruments or under false pretences will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all associated funds and, where required, referral to the relevant authorities.
Withdrawals of Real Money Balance funds are available to verified Account holders who have met all applicable KYC requirements. pk9992 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, AML review or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected, your verification status and any applicable compliance checks. pk9992 does not guarantee specific processing speeds or timeframes for any payment method. Where possible, withdrawals will be returned via the same method used for the corresponding deposit. pk9992 reserves the right to request withdrawal via bank transfer or other verified method in the event that the original deposit method is unavailable or for compliance reasons.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. These limits are specified in the cashier section and are subject to change. Illustrative examples of minimums — such as PKR 1,000 — are provided for reference only; actual limits are determined by the operator's current cashier configuration.
Bonus Balances cannot be withdrawn directly. Withdrawal of funds derived from bonus play is only permitted after all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied, subject to maximum cash-out limits specified in the relevant bonus terms.
All bonuses, free bets, reload offers and other promotional rewards offered by pk9992 are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between specific promotional terms and this Agreement, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonuses carry Wagering Requirements that must be met before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 25x), apply to the bonus amount or, in some cases, to both the bonus and deposit amount combined. Always verify the specific multiplier in the applicable promotion's terms before accepting any offer.
While a Bonus Balance is active, a maximum bet limit per round or wager applies. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum whilst a bonus is active is a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, regardless of whether the Wagering Requirement has been partially or fully met.
Different game categories contribute to Wagering Requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute at 100%, whilst table games, live casino titles and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are set out in individual promotion terms and may be updated from time to time.
Bonuses that have not been claimed or Wagering Requirements that have not been completed within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Account. pk9992 is under no obligation to provide notice of impending bonus expiry, though reasonable efforts may be made to do so.
pk9992 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus, and to void associated winnings, in cases where a player is reasonably suspected of exploiting promotions through low-risk or hedged betting patterns, use of multiple Accounts, collusion with other players, or any other form of promotion abuse.
The availability of a bonus does not guarantee profit or any specific outcome. All gambling involves inherent financial risk. Bonus examples such as "up to PKR 25,000" represent maximum illustrative amounts only and are contingent upon meeting minimum deposit requirements and other eligibility criteria.
pk9992 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you have received a booking confirmation or transaction reference from the Platform.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, pk9992 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to the player's Account. Winnings resulting from a documented system error shall not be paid. The decision of pk9992 in such matters is final.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market as displayed within the relevant game interface or betting slip. These limits are subject to change and may vary by account level, promotion status or risk assessment.
In sports betting markets, certain conditions may result in a market being declared void — including but not limited to match abandonment, postponement beyond a specified window, player withdrawal before play commences or obvious pricing errors. Voided markets will be settled at the stake returned.
Live in-play betting markets are offered during events including Pakistan cricket matches, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, international football and other live sports. pk9992 does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets for any specific event. Live odds reflect real-time data feeds and may be suspended at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk9992 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
While pk9992 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and availability of information on the Platform, no warranty is given as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for purpose of any content. Sports data, odds and game information are provided in good faith but may contain errors.
You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk, that the house edge means the Platform retains a statistical advantage over time, and that there is no guarantee of winning any wager or returning any deposited funds. You agree that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose and that you will not hold pk9992 liable for gambling losses.
pk9992 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay is attributable to a Force Majeure event outside its reasonable control.
The collection, processing and storage of your personal data by pk9992 is governed by the pk9992 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge having read the Privacy Policy and consent to the data processing practices described therein.
pk9992 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. All data transmissions are secured using TLS/SSL encryption. KYC documents are handled in strict confidence and retained only for as long as required by applicable legal obligations.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Your Real Money Balance (net of any bonuses not yet eligible for withdrawal) will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance review.
pk9992 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of this Agreement, have engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if closure is required by regulatory obligation. In such cases, pk9992 may withhold funds pending investigation.
Upon termination of your Account, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law clauses — shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk9992 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
For players accessing the Platform from Pakistan, it is important to note that Pakistan has gambling restrictions including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. These Terms do not override or supersede any applicable local law. Players are solely responsible for compliance with their local legal obligations.
